Shift Together is a campaign to help everyone in the Corvallis community shift to energy efficiency and renewable energy in a way that’s equitable and accessible. The Inflation Reduction Act is bringing significant federal funding to Corvallis and is designed to maximize energy efficiency opportunities for everyone, including renters, homeowners, landlords, and businesses – regardless of income.
Becoming energy efficient can be a daunting task. An energy assessment will offer guidance and identify energy-saving (and money-saving!) opportunities in your space.
Here are the options currently available:
- Home Energy Assessment: Provides individualized information about your energy usage. Your free Home Energy Assessment offers guidance throughout the process of accessing incentives that are applicable to your financial situation to upgrade your home’s energy efficiency.
- Home Energy Score Audit: A professional energy auditor provides an official document recording your home’s energy efficiency. Your Home Energy Score will help you make decisions based on best practices to make your home more energy efficient.
- Home Retrofit Clinic: Helps homeowners evaluate their existing home energy usage and establish a path forward to improve sustainability with this one-on-one, two-hour clinic. You will better understand your home’s systems and identify the best options for improving energy efficiency.
- Saving Green: A free sustainability assistance program for small to medium sized businesses and organizations in Corvallis. We can help decrease your operating costs and your environmental footprint.
